Over the past year Scholars Portal has been busy building new services and renewing platforms, supporting research, teaching and learning activities and fostering partnerships with OCUL member libraries and colleagues around Canada. Scholars Portal Services Unavailable Canada Day
Due to an upcoming planned power shutdown at the University of Toronto, ALL Scholars Portal services will be temporarily unavailable from Saturday, June 30th at 5pm until Sunday, July 1st at 5pm.

In response to increasing membership interest in Open Educational Resources (OER) and the role of libraries in this endeavour, OCUL recently undertook an environmental scan and analysis of current activities in open education publishing. This initiative has resulted in the publication of an Open Educational Resources White Paper.
