The Licensing and Local Load Subcommittee provides license reviewing expertise to OCUL and Scholars Portal information resources-related services.
The Licensing and Local Load Subcommittee periodically reviews model licenses and local loading policies/practices and works with Scholars Portal and OCUL staff to develop training opportunities and communication strategies that support licensing initiatives and expansion of licensing expertise at the local and consortial levels. The Licensing and Local Load Subcommittee was established in 2012 and reports to the Information Resources Committee.
