The OCUL Executive Committee is an extension of the Council. They provide strategic oversight and oversee the operational and fiscal management of the consortium.
The Executive Committee is established according to Article I of the OCUL Bylaws and is responsible for supporting the Council in fulfilling its purpose. The officers of the Executive Committee are elected from the Council members.
