The OCUL Financial Management Advisory Committee (OCUL-FMAC) advises the Treasurer on financial practices, policies and procedures, and the development of documentation for OCUL budgetary and financial practices.
OCUL-FMAC is the de facto budget committee for the consortium. The committee provides advice and direction to OCUL and Scholars Portal staff members and the Council on annual budget preparation, including budget increases, staffing costs, and new service and initiative costs. OCUL-FMAC was established in 2012 and the OCUL Treasurer serves as the committee chair.
