Strategic Planning Committee
This group guides OCUL’s strategic planning process by meeting regularly with the strategic planning consultants to provide insights and feedback and ensure that the 2025-2029 plan aligns with OCUL’s consortial goals. Read more about the Strategic Planning Committee.
Feasibility of Resource Sharing Solutions Working Group
The work of this group built on findings and recommendations from previous resource-sharing working groups at OCUL and undertook a feasibility study on shared resource-sharing solutions that resulted in recommendations for how to proceed within a resource-sharing framework. Task Force on Machine Learning and AI
