OCUL Government Information Community
The OCUL Government Information Community brings together OCUL members and external partners who have roles or interest in supporting preservation and access to print and born digital government produced materials. The scope of this conversation is envisioned as encompassing materials at the Ontario provincial as well as at the federal level.
The impetus for the OCUL Government Information Community comes from recognition that a merger of the former OCUL Ontario Digitization Initiative (ODI) group and the OCUL Government Information working group will result in a stronger, more effective community to accomplish our collective goals. There is a clear desire among the groups’ members to seek opportunities to share knowledge, experience, and work being done at our institutions, and to seek occasions for further collaboration.
