Nominations are open for the 2025 Ontario Council of University Libraries (OCUL) Outstanding Contribution Award!
This award recognizes member library workers’ exemplary achievements in advancing the OCUL mission and/or strategic priorities, celebrating the dedication and ingenuity of OCUL colleagues who embody the values of networking, collaboration and community.
Award eligibility
Nominees can be individuals or teams currently employed at an OCUL member library or in another department from the academic institution that partners with the member library.
For the 2025 OCUL Award, nominee contributions must span accomplishments between May 2024 and May 2025.
How to nominate
Nominations can be submitted by staff of any OCUL member library using the downloadable fillable form.
The nomination form requires a brief description of the nominee achievements and one letter of support that seconds the nomination. Individuals can self-nominate or nominate others.
The deadline for submitting a nomination is Monday, October 6, 2025 at 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
