The Collaborative Futures Strategic Projects Subcommittee (CFSP) identifies, investigates and initiates projects in support of the Collaborative Futures vision, priority collaboration outcomes and the OCUL strategic plan.
CFSP prepares proposals, recommendations and reports for the Collaborative Futures Steering Committee. The subcommittee coordinates with OCUL and Collaborative Futures committees and working groups to oversee the development of project plans and scope and makes recommendations on new working groups as needed. CFSP was established in 2024 and reports to the Collaborative Futures Steering Committee. Previously, CFSP was the Collaborative Futures Shared Policy Subcommittee from 2019-2024.
