Library Management Skills Institute II: The Organization

This three-day workshop delivered by DeEtta Jones & Associates focuses on learning how to create a shared vision, help lead change, solve problems, and create and sustain motivation in organizations. The workshop is hosted by the University of Ottawa and OCUL.

Participants will learn to:

  • Articulate and use organizational values to enhance engagement
  • Communicate strategies and build a culture of shared buy-in
  • Implement strategies for creating multi-dimensional influence
  • Create ongoing practices that support organizational health and learning over time

Cost

The estimated cost for this workshop is approximately $1,500 per participant. The final cost will be determined once we know the number of attendees and operational costs. OCUL and the University of Ottawa will "pass through" only the cost of the workshop and operational costs to participants.
