Over the past year Scholars Portal has been busy building new services and renewing platforms, supporting research, teaching and learning activities and fostering partnerships with OCUL member libraries and colleagues around Canada. These activities are outlined in the latest Scholars Portal Annual Report, now available on the OCUL website.
The report describes the activities of Scholars Portal over the period of May 2017 to April 2018. In addition to service updates it highlights Scholars Portals' new hosted preservation service, Permafrost and the redesigned Scholars Portal Books platform. It outlines Scholars Portals’ enhanced support for research data management, its exploration of semantic data applications, and its role in ongoing national discussions about research data management and the preservation of scholarly content in Canada.
